About Meeting Schedule
Meeting Schedule was a Joomla extension designed to simplify the organisation of meetings, events, and appointments. It allowed an organiser to propose several possible dates and times, invite participants, collect their availability, and identify the option that worked best for the group.
The extension was intended for situations in which a meeting date had to be chosen collaboratively: participants could indicate their availability, while organisers could review responses and finalise the preferred date.
