Refund policy
We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.
We not offer any cash refunds or exchanges. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software can be easily duplicated.
According to our policy, once a customer downloaded a product, the sale is final and you may not return the software for a refund or credit.
The prices correspond to the fee for the download.
Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
If you find a bug in our software, you can report it in our Support Forums and we will do our best to fix it in a next version.
Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.
We do not refund as soon as you have downloaded the product and event if:
- You find a bug
- You just change your mind and want your money back
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
- Our working hours are not compatible with yours
